I signed on as a Dream Team member, June 21, 2010 weighing 126 LBs.

I recorded my measurements one week later – June 28, 2010 and again the day prior to the competition, September 17th as follows:

June 28, 2010

Weight: 122 LBs

Chest: 31.375″

Waist: 26.125″

Hips: 36.375″

Mid-Thigh L/R: 20.125″

Flexed Bicep: L 11.9″, R 11.8″

Body Fat %: 21.9%

September 17, 2010

Weight: 111 LBs

Chest: 33.5″ (increase in back not front ;o) )

Waist: 25.75″

Hips: 32.5″

Mid-Thigh L/R: 18.75″

Flexed Bicep L 11.25″, R 11.125″

Body Fat %: 16.9%
